临床护理路径在人工股骨头置换术后患者中的应用效果及其对患肢功能的康复体会

The Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients after Artificial Femoral Head Replacement and its Rehabilitation Experience on the Function of the Affected Limb

目的探究人工股骨头置换术后患者康复情况,以期明确临床护理路径的有效性。方法以人工股骨头置换术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,来自沈阳七三九医院骨科随机抽取92例(2018年7月至2020年12月),按照随机数字表法分为两组:对照组(n=46,给予常规护理)、研究组(n=46,给予临床护理路径护理),比较两组并发症,同时使用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、Harris髋关节功能评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评价两组心理弹性水平、患肢功能、生活质量。结果护理后,研究组CD-RISC总评分、Harris评分较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(4.35%vs.17.39%)(P<0.05);研究组GQOLI-74总评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可进一步强化手术患者术后康复质量,改善心理弹性水平,促进髋关节功能恢复,减少并发症,优化生活质量。

Objective To explore the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement,in order to clarify the effectiveness of clinical nursing pathways.Methods Patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated with artificial femoral head replacement as the research object,92 patients were randomly selected from the Department of Orthopedics of Shenyang 739 Hospital(from July 2018 to December 2020),and they were divided into 2 groups under the random number table method:control group(n=46,the former is mainly based on routine care),the study group(n=46,the latter is based on clinical nursing path ways),the two groups are compared with complications,and the psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)is used at the same time,Harris hip joint function score sheet,comprehensive quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74)to evaluate the two groups of psychological elasticity,affected limb function,quality of life.Results After nursing,the total CD-RISC score and Harris score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 4.35%lower than that of the control group 17.39%(P<0.05).The observation group GQOLI The total score of-74 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path ways can further enhance the quality of postoperative rehabilitation of surgical patients,improve the level of psychological elasticity,promote the recovery of hip joint function,reduce complications,and optimize the quality of life.
