产科护理人员在妊娠合并症中产妇母乳喂养的护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Maternity Nursing Staff in Maternal Breast-feeding in Pregnancy Complications

目的本试验将调研分析产科护理人员在妊娠合并症中产妇母乳喂养的护理效果。方法选取妊娠合并症产妇80例,均为我院妇科2020年1月至2021年12月期间收治,随机予以分组,每组各40例产妇,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组加强母乳喂养的护理指导,对比两组产妇对于母乳喂养知识的认识程度及母乳喂养的情况。结果观察组产妇对母乳喂养知识的掌握率、母乳喂养率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分与护理前评分相比均降低,且观察组均较对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠合并症产妇的护理中,产科护理人员在产妇生产前后实施有效的母乳喂养知识宣讲,针对产妇的情绪问题、新生儿照顾问题给予解答,可提升母乳喂养率,打开正确的喂养方式。

Objective This experiment will investigate and analyze the nursing effect of maternal breastfeeding among obstetric nurses in pregnancy complications.Methods In this experiment,80 cases of pregnant women with complications admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research object,and divided into two groups according to the different filing time,namely,observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,while the observation group was publicized by obstetric nursing staff,and the knowledge of breastfeeding and the situation of breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The mastering rate of breast-feeding knowledge of parturient and the breast-feeding rate of observation group were also significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression after nursing in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of pregnant women with complications of pregnancy,obstetric nurses implement effective breastfeeding knowledge before and after delivery,answer the maternal emotional problems and newborn care problems,improve the breastfeeding rate,and correct feeding methods.
