精神分裂症康复期患者应用人文关怀干预的护理效果分析

Effect Analysis of Humanistic Care Intervention in Schizophrenia Patients During Rehabilitation Period

目的分析精神分裂症康复期患者应用人文关怀干预的护理效果。方法随机选取我院收治的精神分裂症康复期患者200例进行调查,调查时间选自2020年1月至2021年12月。按照随机抽样法将患者分为两组,参照组100例应用传统护理干预,观察组100例在传统护理干预基础上应用人文关怀干预。比较两组患者干预前后的精神病状况、精神科护理服务质量、情志状况、生活状态、睡眠情况、干预配合度、干预满意度。结果干预前,参照组和观察组的精神病状况、精神科护理服务质量、情志状况、生活状态、睡眠情况进行对比后组间差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的精神病状况、精神科护理服务质量均优于参照组(P<0.05);观察组的情志状况、生活状态、睡眠情况均优于参照组(P<0.05);观察组的干预配合度高于参照组(P<0.05);观察组的干预满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症康复期患者进行人文关怀干预,能够改善患者的精神病状况,提升精神科护理服务质量,减少不良情绪状况,维持良好生活状态,增强干预配合度,提高干预满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care intervention in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 200 patients in convalescent schizophrenia were randomly selected and investigated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.The patients were divided into two separate groups according to the random sampling grouping method.One hundred cases in the reference group were treated with traditional nursing intervention,while the other 100 cases in the experimental group were treated with humanistic care intervention on the basis of traditional nursing intervention.The psychiatric conditions,nursing service quality,emotional status,life status,sleep status,intervention coordination degree and intervention satisfaction degree of patients in different groups in the rehabilitation period of schizophrenia before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention for the disease patients in this study,the differences in mental illness,psychiatric care service quality,emotional state,living state,and sleep between the reference group and the experimental group were not significant(P>0.05).After the intervention for the disease patients in this study,the psychiatric condition and the quality of psychiatric nursing service in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The emotional state,living state and sleep condition of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The intervention coordination degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the intervention of schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period,the application of humanistic care intervention can improve the mental status of patients,improve the quality of psychiatric care services,reduce adverse emotional conditions,maintain a good life state,enhance the degree of coordination of intervention,and improve the satisfaction of intervention.
