神经元光学电压成像在神经性勃起功能障碍研究中的进展

摘要 神经元光学电压成像技术是研究神经电生理的热门技术,在神经、胃肠、心脑血管、精神卫生等多个学科研究中均有相关应用,但是目前几乎没有利用该技术在神经性勃起功能障碍方面进行研究的报道。本文就神经元光学电压成像在神经性勃起功能障碍研究中的进展进行综述,主要包括该技术的发展历史、主要分类、技术原理以及其应用于神经性勃起功能障碍研究的可能性等方面。 Optical voltage imaging in neurons is a popular technology in the study of neural electrophysiology,which has been applied in many disciplines,including neurological,gastrointestinal and cardio-cerebrovascular sciences and mental health.However,few reports are seen on its application in the study of neurogenic ED.This article presents an overview of neuronal optical voltage imaging in the study of neurological ED,including its development,classification,technical theories and the possibility of its application in neurological ED research,hoping to provide some new ideas for researchers in the related fields.
