摘要
为了提高化学纤维卷的均匀度,根据条并卷机成卷过程中存在的主要问题和优化思路,对条并卷机加压机构进行力学分析,结合数学建模和计算机编程优化牵伸装置和加压系统;通过应用指标对比,表明:优化后的化学纤维条并卷机运转平稳、故障率低,化学纤维卷质量良好,生产效率较高;可解决化学纤维伸直后抱和力差、纤维回弹问题,消除爬行现象,提升加压稳定性,能合理控制不同卷绕阶段的成卷压力,解决了化学纤维卷内紧外松问题;在成卷速度为80 m/min时,成卷总时间最短、无粘卷且成形良好。
In order to improve the uniformity of chemical fiber rolls,the mechanical analysis of the compression mechanism of draw frame and lap machine combined is carried out according to the main problems and optimization ideas in the rolling process of draw frame and lap machine combined,and the draft device and pressurization system are optimized by combining mathematical modeling and computer programming.Through the comparison of application indexes,it is shown that the optimized draw frame and lap machine combined for chemical fiber runs smoothly with low failure rate,and quality of chemical fiber rolls is good,production efficiency is high.It can solve the problems of poor cohesive force and fiber rebounding of chemical fiber,and eliminate crawling phenomenon,and improve pressure stability,and can reasonably control the roll pressure at different winding stages,and solve the problem of tight inside and loose outside of the chemical fiber rolls;at a roll speed of 80 m/min,the total roll time is the shortest,and the roll is non-stick and formed well.
