环锭纺集落系统凸盘防窜结构改进

摘要 为了解决环锭细纱机集体落纱系统采用气缸撑爪式机构,推送凸盘在导轨内窜动的问题,分析其凸盘推送机构动作原理并阐述引起窜动的主要原因;详细介绍依据撑爪靠重力自动复位原理设计的有防倒撑爪和防进钩结构的凸盘防窜装置的结构,以及防进钩的外形设计。生产实践表明:新增防窜装置结构简单可靠,无需对现有的凸盘输送装置做大改动,可解决凸盘与锭位之间错位过大影响插拔纱管的问题,提升集落系统的稳定性和生产效率。 In order to solve the problem of raised disk moving in the guide rail when cylinder claw mechanism is used to push the raised disk of collective doffing system of ring spinning frame.The action principle of raised disk pushing mechanism is analyzed and the main reasons for the raised disk moving are expounded.The designed raised disk anti-displacement device with anti-falling bracing paw and anti-hooking structure,as well as the shape design of anti-hooking is introduced in detail based on the principle of automatic resetting by gravity for bracing paw.Production practice shows that the new anti-displacement device is simple and reliable in structure,and there is no need to make big changes to the existing raised disk conveying device.It can solve the problem that the excessive dislocation between raised disk and spindle position affects the insertion and extraction of the yarn tube,and improve the stability and production efficiency of the collective doffing system.
