精梳集聚纺9.72tex品种钢丝圈的选用

Selection of Travelers for Compact Spinning 9.72 tex Combed Yarn

为了提高精梳集聚纺9.72 tex纱质量,在同机台、同锭位条件下应用不同品牌、不同型号钢丝圈进行纺纱试验,根据试验测试的成纱毛羽指数判断钢丝圈的适应性。结果表明,在BS516型细纱机上,使用直径为38 mm的布雷克泰腾钢领,配用布雷克22.4号蓝宝石C1 ELu dr 10/0型钢丝圈,精梳集聚纺9.72 tex纱成纱毛羽指标好,性价比优。

In order to improve the quality of compact spinning 9.72 tex combed yarn,different brands and different types of travelers are used in spinning experiments under the condition of the same machine and the same spindle position and the suitability of travelers is judged according to the yarn hairiness index tested.The results show that,in spinning frame BS516,compact spinning 9.72 tex combed yarn is spinning by using Br cker TITAN rings with diameter of 38 mm and Br cker SAPHIR travelers C1 ELu Dr 10/0 with number of 22.4,and the hairness index and the cost performance are excellent.
