My Tentative View on Intelligent Technology of Blowing-carding Unit

摘要 为了提高清梳联设备自动化、智能化水平,满足纺纱厂差别化纺纱需求,解决维护、操作技术薄弱和用工难问题,介绍多组分自动称重、紧凑型自动称重、自调匀整式、小单型式精细混棉机等的优势与不足,以及智能化清花系统的发展现状;从梳棉机智能化配置、梳并联一体化、圈条器增容技术、专家系统和远程运维方面,详细分析梳棉机智能化技术发展现状;从智能化配置、半制品和成纱质量指标实时统计分析等方面探讨清梳联技术发展的趋势。指出:清梳联自动化、智能化配置取得突破发展解决了纺纱厂痛点问题;需要通过产学研合作做好技术的创新与提升,以期尽快实现清梳联无人值守、质量在线检测及智能调整。 In order to improve automatic and intelligent level of equipments of blowing-carding unit,satisfy differential spinning of spinning mill,and solve the problems such as weak maintenance and operation technology and difficulties in labor,advantages and disadvantages of fine cotton blending machines such as multicomponent automatic weighing,compact automatic weighing,autolevelling,and small single type,as well as development current situation of intelligent blowing system is introduced.The development status of intelligent technology of carding machine is analyzed in detail from the aspects of intelligent configuration of carding machine,integration of carding-drawing unit,coiler capacity increasing technology,expert system and remote operation and maintenance.The development trend of blowing-carding unit technology is discussed from the aspects of intelligent configuration,real time analysis of semi-finished and finished yarn quality indexes.It is pointed out that the automation and intelligence configuration of blowing-carding unit has made a breakthrough and can solve the pain point problem of spinning mill.It is necessary to make innovation and improvernent through industry-university-research cooperation to realize unattended cleaning and carding,online quality inspection and intelligent adjustment as soon as possible.
