摘要
为了满足棉纺织企业对生产环境和产品质量的要求,回顾棉纺织生产中空气环境控制技术的发展历程,分析温湿度与纤维性能以及各工序生产工艺的关系;详述各工序温湿度对生产的影响及控制方法。指出:空气环境的“五度”影响产品质量及职工的身心健康,温湿度与纤维性能尤其是回潮率密切相关;企业应做好车间空气环境设施装备的设计配置,加强日常控制管理,提高产品的可纺性和质量的稳定性。
In order to meet the requirements of cotton textile enterprises for production environment and product quality,the development of air environment control technology in cotton textile production is reviewed,and the relationship between temperature and humidity,and fiber properties and production processes is analyzed.The influence of temperature and humidity in each process on production and its control method are described in detail.It is pointed out that the“five degrees”of air environment affects the quality of products and the physical and mental health of workers.Temperature and humidity are closely related to fiber properties especially moisture regain.Enterprises should do a good job in the design and configuration of workshop air environment facilities and equipment,and strengthen daily control and management,so as to improve product spinnability and quality stability.
