摘要
在建设生态文明的背景下,本研究立足于省级国土空间规划管理,基于业务脉络分析国土空间规划信息化需求,开展国土空间规划相关体系研究,并从规划编制、规划审批、规划实施、规划监督以及对外服务5个角度出发,构建省级国土空间规划“一张图”实施监督信息系统。本文详细阐述了该系统的建设目标、系统设计、数据库建设、功能实现以及应用成效,为同行开展相关工作提供借鉴。
In the context of ecological civilization construction,based on the provincial territorial spatial planning and management,this study analyzes the informatization needs of territorial spatial planning,and carries out research on systems related to territorial spatial planning.From the five perspectives of planning compilation,planning approval,planning implementation,planning supervision and external services,this paper establishes provincial territorial spatial planning“One Map”implementation supervision information system.In this paper,the construction goal,system design,database construction,function realization and application effect of the system are described in details,which can provide useful reference for the related works of peers.
