腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效对比

Comparison of efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 68例异位妊娠的患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(38例)与对照组(30例)。观察组选择腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组选择开腹手术治疗。对比两组患者手术指标、治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者手术时间(61.8±10.3)min、住院时间(6.7±1.1)d短于对照组的(84.2±11.7)min、(8.7±1.4)d,术中出血量(50.7±8.6)ml少于对照组的(80.1±7.9)ml,疼痛评分(2.7±0.2)分低于对照组的(5.9±0.7)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为97.4%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.2%,低于对照组的23.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 异位妊娠患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗损伤小,治疗效果好,术后并发症发生率低,能促进患者早日康复。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 68 patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into observation group(38 cases) and control group(30 cases) according to different treatment methods. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery, while the control group was treated with open surgery. The surgical indicators, therapeutic effects and complication rates of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the operation time(61.8±10.3) min and hospitalization time(6.7±1.1) d were shorter than(84.2±11.7) min and(8.7±1.4) d in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss(50.7±8.6) ml was less than(80.1±7.9) ml in the control group;the pain score(2.7±0.2) points was lower than(5.9±0.7) points in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.4%, which was higher than 83.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rates in the observation group were 5.2%, which were lower than 23.3% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has less injury, good therapeutic effect and low postoperative complication rates in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, which can promote early recovery of patients.
