摘要
目的 探究动态对比增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法 80例乳腺病变患者,共85个病灶,根据病理检查结果将病灶分为良性组(55个)与恶性组(30个)。所有患者均进行DCE-MRI检查,以病理检查结果作为此次诊断的金标准,分析DCE-MRI诊断准确率。对比两组经DCE-MRI检查的乳腺良恶性病变的形态、边界、强化均匀度特征情况。结果 病理检查显示:良性病灶55个,恶性病灶30个。DCE-MRI检查显示:良性病灶55个,诊断准确率为100.00%;恶性病灶28个,诊断准确率为93.33%。经DCE-MRI检查,良性组形态规则占比为72.73%,边界清晰占比为70.91%,强化均匀占比为74.55%,均高于恶性组的43.33%、26.67%、40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DCE-MRI检查用于乳腺良恶性病变诊断具有较高的诊断准确率,为疾病早期诊断、治疗提供参考依据。
Objective To investigate the application value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods 80 patients with breast lesions, with a total of 85 lesions, were divided into benign group(55 lesions) and malignant group(30 lesions) according to the results of pathological examination. All patients were examined by DCE-MRI, and the diagnostic accuracy of DCE-MRI was analyzed with the results of pathological examination as the gold standard.The morphology, boundary and enhancement uniformity characteristics of benign and malignant breast lesions in the two groups were compared by DCE-MRI. Results Pathological examination showed: 55 benign lesions and 30 malignant lesions. DCE-MRI examination showed: 55 benign lesions, with a diagnostic accuracy of 100.00%;28 malignant lesions, with a diagnostic accuracy of 93.33%. By DCE-MRI, the percentage of regular morphology in benign group was 72.73%, the percentage of clear boundary was 70.91%, and the percentage of uniform enhancement was 74.55%, all of which were higher than 43.33%, 26.67%, and 40.00% of malignant group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion DCE-MRI has a high diagnostic accuracy for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions, and provides a reference for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
