曲美他嗪联合哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺心病的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease in the elderly

目的 探索曲美他嗪联合哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病,CPHD)的疗效。方法 118例老年肺心病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组59例。对照组给予常规治疗和哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗。对比两组疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后心肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)、最大呼气中段流速(MMEF)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率94.92%高于对照组的76.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的FEV1/FVC(78.3±6.7)%、MMEF(2.82±0.43)L/s、LVEF(51.5±3.2)%均高于对照组的(68.2±6.2)%、(2.16±0.34)L/s、(47.3±2.9)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 曲美他嗪联合哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺心病的疗效肯定,有利于改善患者的心肺功能,安全性高。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD) in the elderly. Methods A total of 118 elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table, with 59 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium treatment, and the observation group received trimetazidine treatment on the basis of the control group. Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and cardiopulmonary function indicators ratio of forced expiratory volume in the 1st second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC), maximum mid-expiratory flow(MMEF), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate 94.92% in the observation group was higher than 76.27% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV1/FVC(78.3±6.7)%, MMEF(2.82±0.43) L/s, and LVEF(51.5±3.2)% of the observation group were higher than(68.2±6.2)%,(2.16±0.34) L/s,(47.3±2.9)% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium is effective in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease in the elderly, and it is beneficial to improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients with high safety.
