复方血栓通胶囊联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼底病的效果及对视力的影响研究

Study on the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with compound anisodine injection in the treatment of fundus disease and its influence on visual acuity of patients

目的 分析复方血栓通胶囊联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼底病的效果及对视力的影响。方法 71例(86眼)眼底病患者,采用随机数字表法分为A组(36例, 43眼)和B组(35例, 43眼)。A组实行复方血栓通胶囊联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗, B组实行单纯复方血栓通胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、视力改善程度及治疗指标(视力改善时间、眼底症状消失时间、治疗时间)。结果 A组患者治疗总有效率97.67%高于B组的79.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者视力改善程度优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者视力改善时间为(14.22±1.65)d,眼底症状消失时间为(18.54±1.98)d,治疗时间为(25.91±2.68)d,均短于B组的(20.45±1.75)、(24.77±1.94)、(34.77±2.70)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 为眼底病患者采取复方血栓通胶囊联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者视力,缩短疾病康复时间,且能抑制疾病进展,临床可积极应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with compound anisodine injection in the treatment of fundus disease and its influence on visual acuity of patients.Methods A total of 71 patients(86 eyes)with fundus disease were randomly divided into group A(36 cases,43 eyes)and group B(35 cases,43 eyes)by random numerical table.Group A was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule and compound anisodine injection,and group B was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule alone.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,improvement of visual acuity and treatment indicators(time of visual acuity improvement,time of fundus symptoms disappearance,and treatment time).Results The total effective rate 97.67% in group A was higher than 79.07%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity improvement of group A was better than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of visual acuity improvement of group A was(14.22±1.65)d,the time of fundus symptoms disappearance was(18.54±1.98)d,and the treatment time was(25.91±2.68)d,which were all shorter than(20.45±1.75),(24.77±1.94),and(34.77±2.70)d of group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound Xueshuantong capsule and compound anisodine injection for patients with fundus disease is effective in improving patients'visual acuity,shortening disease recovery time and inhibiting disease progression,and can be actively applied clinically.
