布鲁氏菌病合并肝功能异常患儿的药学监护研究

目的 监测布鲁氏菌病合并肝功能异常患儿的用药情况,旨在为临床治疗提供数据参考。方法 选取52例布鲁氏菌病合并肝功能异常患儿作为研究对象,分析患儿病情,给予患儿左氧氟沙星、注射用还原型谷胱甘肽联合甘草酸二铵注射液、利福平联合多西环素治疗。观察患儿治疗效果。结果 52例患儿治疗14 d后肝功能恢复正常,谷丙转氨酶为12.1~14.2 U/L,谷草转氨酶为32.2~34.0 U/L,发热等症状消失,患儿顺利出院,出院后随访1个月,血液指标检查为阴性,抗感染治疗有效。结论 布鲁氏菌病合并肝肾功能异常时需要注意抗感染治疗,临床药师应该通过参考相应指南结合临床实际协助医师调整治疗方案,保证用药安全性以及治疗的有效性。

Objective To monitor the drug use of children with brucellosis complicated with abnormal liver function, in order to provide data reference for clinical treatment. Methods 52 children with brucellosis combined with abnormal liver function were selected as the study subjects, and their conditions were analyzed.All children were treated with levofloxacin, reduced glutathione for injection combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection, and rifampin combined with doxycycline. The therapeutic effect of the children was observed. Results After 14 d of treatment, the liver function of 52 children returned to normal, with alanine aminotransferase of 12.1-14.2 U/L, the aspartate aminotransferase of 32.2-34.0 U/L. The fever and other symptoms disappeared, and the children were discharged successfully, and the blood indexes were checked as negative and the anti-infection treatment was effective after 1 month of follow-up. Conclusion When brucellosis is complicated with abnormal liver and kidney function, attention should be paid to anti-infective treatment.Clinical pharmacists should assist physicians in adjusting treatment regimens by referring to appropriate guidelines in conjunction with clinical practice to ensure the medication safety and the effectiveness of treatment.
