摘要
结直肠癌是我国乃至全球常见的消化道恶性肿瘤。结直肠癌患者容易存在营养风险或合并营养不良,其营养状况与治疗耐受性、生活质量和疾病预后等密切关联。规范化营养诊疗包括营养筛查、营养评定、营养干预(治疗)及营养监测等步骤。其中,营养筛查和营养评定是营养诊疗的重要步骤,更是营养干预(治疗)的基础和前提。本文拟对结直肠癌患者营养筛查与营养评定的研究进展作一综述,以期为上述患者的营养诊疗临床实践提供参考。
Colorectal cancer is a common gastrointestinal malignancy in China and worldwide.Patients with colorectal cancer are at risk of compromised nutritional status or malnutrition.The nutritional status of these patients is closely linked to patients’treatment tolerance,quality of life,and prognosis.Standardized nutritional diagnosis and treatment is multifaceted,including nutrition status screening,assessment,intervention(treatment),and monitoring.Nutrition status screening and assessment are the most critical steps of nutritional diagnosis and treatment,but also the basis and premise of intervention(treatment).In this article,we present a comprehensive overview of the state-of-the-art nutrition status screening and assessment of patients with colorectal cancer,aiming to provide valuable insight into these patients’nutrition diagnosis and intervention.
