摘要
目的:探究支架影像增强显影指导冠状动脉开口病变介入治疗的临床效果。方法:选取于2018年1月~2020年12月本院收治的60例冠状动脉开口病变患者,所有患者均进行介入治疗,并由支架影像增强显影指导完成,将图像质量按照导丝和支架柱的可视性分成三个等级:①具有良好的显影,可视性为优;②具有欠佳的显影,然而不会对术者的判断产生影响,可视性为次优;③具有模糊的显影,会对术者的判断产生影响,可视性为差。结果:对210个支架影像增强显影图像进行采集并分析,其中导丝和支架柱的可视性为优的图像所占比例为75.00%,导丝和支架柱的可视性为次优的图像所占比例为21.67%,导丝和支架柱的可视性为差的图像所占比例为3.33%。结论:支架影像增强显影技术存在快速、简捷的特点,利用导丝和支架柱的可视性可以对支架的定位进行指导,能够获得更加精确的定位,同时还可以指导球囊后扩张,能够对冠状动脉开口病变介入治疗的各个环节产生优化作用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of stent enhanced imaging in the interventional treatment of coronary artery open lesions.Methods:60 patients with coronary artery opening disease were selected from January 2018 to December 2020.All patients were treated with interventional therapy,and the quality of the images was divided into three grades according to the visibility of the guide wire and stent column:①The quality of the images was good and the visibility was excellent;②The poor development,however,will not affect the judgment of the operator,and the visibility is suboptimal;③The fuzzy development will affect the judgment of the operator,and the visibility is poor.Results:210 images of stent enhanced development were collected and analyzed,among which the proportion of the images with the better visibility of the guide wire and the support column was 75.00%,the proportion of the images with the lower visibility of the guide wire and the support column was 21.67%,and the proportion of the images with poor visibility of the guide wire and the support column was 3.33%.Conclusion:Stent image enhancement and development technology has the characteristics of fast and simple.The visualization of guide wire and stent column can guide the stent location,and can obtain more accurate location,and also guide the expansion of balloon,and can optimize the various links of coronary artery open-ended disease intervention.
