不孕不育患者给予宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术的效果及对依从性的影响

Effect of Hysteroscopic Surgery on Submucosal Hysteromyoma and Its Impact on Complications

目的:探究治疗不孕不育患者时,应用宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术的疗效和对患者依从性的影响。方法:选取2019年11月~2021年11月本院收治的80例不孕不育女性患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用普通输卵管通液治疗。观察组在宫腔镜引导下行输卵管通液术,对比两组疗效和依从性。结果:观察组患者输卵管复通率、治疗总有效率、受孕状况、治疗依从性、生活质量均显著优于对照组,且子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积含量均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术治疗不孕不育患者,利于提高输卵管复通率、治疗总有效率和治疗依从性,改善受孕状况,增大子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度和卵巢体积,优化患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of hysteroscopic tubal intubation and its influence on patient compliance in the treatment of infertility patients.Methods:A total of 80 infertile female patients admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with ordinary tubal fluid.The observation group underwent hysteroscopy-guided salpingotomy,and the curative effect and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The fallopian tube recanalization rate,total effective rate of treatment,pregnancy status,treatment compliance and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the uterine volume,endometrial thickness and ovarian volume were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic tubal intubation in the treatment of infertility patients is beneficial to improve the rate of tubal recanalization,the total effective rate of treatment and treatment compliance,improve the status of conception,increase uterine volume,endometrial thickness and ovarian volume,and optimize patient quality of life.
