摘要
目的:比较血气生化仪与全自动生化仪的检验结果。方法:本研究以本院急诊收治的77例患者作为研究对象,所有患者分别给予血气生化仪和全自动生化分析仪检验,分析两种检验方式的检验结果。结果:全自动生化分析仪与血气生化仪在K+、Na+、CI-的检验上存在显著差异,P<0.05;两种检验方法在Ca+的检验上无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:在实施电解质含量检测的过程中,血气生化仪具有检验方便、快捷的优势,可以较为快速的获得电解质检测的结果。
Objective:The test results of blood gas biochemical analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer were compared.Methods:In this study,77 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were taken as the research object.All patients were tested by blood gas biochemical analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer respectively,and the test results of the two methods were analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in K+,Na+and CIbetween automatic biochemical analyzer and blood gas biochemical analyzer(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two test methods in Ca+test(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the process of electrolyte content detection,the blood gas biochemical instrument has the advantages of convenient and fast inspection,and can obtain the results of electrolyte detection more quickly.
