探讨甲状腺结节应用超声诊断的价值

目的:研究分析超声诊断技术在甲状腺结节患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月本院收治的疑似甲状腺结节患者154例,分别对所有患者进行二维超声和彩色多普勒超声检查,对两种检查方法得出的诊断结果信息进行收集和整理,对比分析单独二维超声检查或单独彩色多普勒超声检查以及联合诊断结果与术后病理性检查结果的符合率,对比分析良性甲状腺结节与恶性甲状腺结节在超声诊断下的临床表现差异。结果:三种不同诊断方式对于甲状腺结节患者的确诊符合率比较无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单纯彩色多普勒超声联合彩色多普勒超声检查下对甲状腺结节的确诊符合率显著高单纯二维超声诊断效果,二者对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯彩色多普勒超声对良、恶性甲状腺结节的诊断效果显著高于单纯二维超声,单纯彩色多普勒超声检查联合彩色多普勒超声应用对良、恶性甲状腺结节的诊断效果显著高于单纯彩色多普勒超声诊断方式,对比结果差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声技术能快速有效的诊断出甲状腺结节,同时也能较为准确地判断甲状腺结节的良恶性,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To study and analyze the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in patients with thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 154 patients with suspected thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected,and two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler ultrasonography were performed on all patients.The information of the diagnostic results obtained by the two inspection methods was collected and sorted,and the coincidence rate of the two-dimensional ultrasonography alone or color Doppler ultrasonography alone and the combined diagnosis results and postoperative pathological examination results were compared and analyzed.The differences in clinical manifestations of benign thyroid nodules and malignant thyroid nodules under ultrasound diagnosis were compared and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference among the three different diagnostic methods in the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid nodules(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound alone combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound alone.There was significant difference between the two(P<0.05).The diagnostic effect of pure color Doppler ultrasound on benign and malignant thyroid nodules was significantly higher than that of pure two-dimensional ultrasound.The diagnostic effect of pure color Doppler ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound on benign and malignant thyroid nodules was significantly higher than that of pure color Doppler ultrasound.The comparison results were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound can quickly and effectively diagnose thyroid nodules,but also can accurately judge the benign and malignant thyroid,has a high clinical value.
