摘要
目的:观察分析纤维支气管镜检查应用在ICU机械通气患者临床诊治中的效果。方法:研究对象共随机纳入98例,纳入时间为2019年9月~2020年12月,均为此阶段本院收治的ICU机械通气患者,经随机数字表法分组后,研究对象被均分为参比组(49例,应用常规机械通气法治疗)、分析组(49例,在参比组的基础上联合纤维支气管镜检查的方法),针对两组诊治效果做出对比分析。结果:分析组动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度以及临床治疗总有效率均显著较参比组高,P<0.05,统计学差异有意义;同时其动脉血二氧化碳分压以及不良反应发生率均显著较参比组低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在对ICU通气患者实施临床诊治的同时,配合纤维支气管镜检查的方式可以有效提升诊疗效果,改善临床指标变化,其不良反应发生率较小,安全性更高。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mechanically ventilated patients in ICU.Methods:A total of 98 subjects were randomly enrolled,and the enrollment period was from September 2019 to December 2020.They were all ICU mechanically ventilated patients admitted to this hospital at this stage.After grouping by random number table,the subjects were equally divided.Included in the reference group(49 cases were treated with conventional mechanical ventilation)and the analysis group(49 cases were also combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of the reference group),and a comparative analysis was made on the diagnosis and treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The arterial blood oxygen partial pressure,blood oxygen saturation and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the analysis group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;At the same time,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than those of the reference group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:While performing clinical diagnosis and treatment for ventilated patients in ICU,combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy can effectively enhance the diagnosis and treatment effect and improve the changes of clinical indicators.The incidence of adverse reactions is small and the safety is higher.
