高频电治疗仪联合阴道镜在慢性宫颈炎治疗中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of High Frequency Electric Therapy Instrument Combined with Colposcopy in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

目的:研究高频电治疗仪联合阴道镜在慢性宫颈炎治疗中的应用价值。方法:收集本院慢性宫颈炎患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例。观察组采用高频电治疗仪联合阴道镜进行治疗,对照组采用超声刀联合阴道镜进行治疗。对比两组患者术中出血量,伤口恢复时间,手术时长,总治疗效率以及满意率。结果:观察组术中出血量,伤口恢复时间,手术时长明显低于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组的总治疗效率明显高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组复发率2.5%显著低于对照组的8.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后并发症发生情况比较,对照组和观察组治疗后并发症发生率分别为10.0%和3.8%,其中观察组更低,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:高频电治疗仪联合阴道镜在慢性宫颈炎治疗中的应用效果显著,临床价值较高。

Objective:To study the application value of high frequency electric therapy instrument combined with colposcopy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods:160 patients with chronic cervicitis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,80 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with frequency electric therapeutic apparatus combined with colposcopy,while the control group was treated with ultrasonic scalpel combined with colposcopy.The blood loss,wound recovery time,operation time,total treatment efficiency and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,wound recovery time and operation time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment efficiency of the observed group was significantly higher than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The observed group,recurrence rate of 2.5%was significantly lower than the 8.8%recurrence rate in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).To compare the occurrence of post-treatment complications between the two groups,the incidence of complications after treatment was 10.0%and 3.8%in the control group and observation groups,respectively,and the observation group was lower and had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high frequency electric therapy instrument combined with colposcopy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and significantly improve the cure rate.This treatment method not only has short operation time and quick recovery,but also reduces the pain and economic pressure of patients.It has significant clinical value.
