全自动洗胃机在中毒急诊患者洗胃中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Fully Automatic Gastric Washing Machine in Gastric Washing in Poisoned Emergency Patients

目的:探究全自动洗胃机在中毒急诊患者洗胃中的应用效果。方法:文章资料以2019年1月~2021年1月诊疗的26例患者进行分析,通过随机方式分为观察组与对照组,每组各13例,观察组采取全自动洗胃机干预,对照组采取传统洗胃法干预,总结不同方式洗胃后患者的临床效果、并发症情况、洗胃相关指标等数据。结果:两组在临床有效率上对比,观察组较好,观察组的并发症发生率为7.7%,显著低于对照组的53.8%,且观察组的临床症状消失较早,洗胃时间少于对照组,对照组的住院时间以及洗胃液残余量显著多于观察组,组间数据对比差异显著,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论:全自动洗胃机在中毒急诊患者洗胃中的应用效果显著,与传统洗胃方式对比,减少了患者的并发症情况,促使患者的洗胃效果上升,保证了患者的生存质量,减少患者的住院时间,且控制了疾病的进展,在临床上具有较高的研究价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of fully automatic gastric lavage machine in gastric lavage of emergency patients with poisoning.Methods:The article data was analyzed from 26 patients diagnosed and treated from January 2019 to January 2021.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 13 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with a fully automatic gastric lavage machine.The data of the control group were treated with traditional gastric lavage,and the data of the patients’clinical effects,complications,and gastric lavage related indexes after different methods of gastric lavage were summarized.Results:The control group and the observation group are better than the latter in terms of clinical effectiveness.The complication rate of the observation group data is 7.7%,which is significantly lower than the 53.8%of the control group.The clinical symptoms of the observation group data disappear earlier.The gastric lavage time was less than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time and the residual amount of gastric lavage fluid in the control group were significantly more than those in the observation group.There was a significant difference in data comparison between the groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Automatic gastric lavage machine in the application of poisoning patients with emergency gastric lavage effect significantly,compared with traditional way of gastric lavage and reduce the complications of patients and effect of gastric lavage increases,causing the patient to ensure the patient’s quality of life,reduce the patient’s hospital stay,and control the progress of the disease,clinically has high research value.
