动态心电图在急性脑卒中患者心脏自主神经功能评价中的应用价值

Application Value of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Evaluation of Cardiac Autonomic Nervous Function in Patients with Acute Stroke

目的:分析动态心电图在急性脑卒中患者心脏自主神经功能评价中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2021年1月来本卫生服务中心进行治疗的31例急性脑卒中患者作为研究组,选取31例非急性脑卒中患者作为对照组。两组患者均采用动态心电图检测仪对患者心电信号进行监测。观察两组患者的动态心电图变异性指标。结果:研究组患者的窦性R-R间期平均值标准差(SDANN)、窦性R-R间期标准差(SDNN)和窦性R-R间期平方根(rMSSD)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。脑梗死组与脑出血组各项心电图变异性指标组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:动态心电图可以对急性脑卒中患者的心脏自主神经功能进行有效评价。

Objective:To analyze the application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the evaluation of cardiac autonomic nervous function in patients with acute stroke.Methods:31 cases of acute stroke patients treated in our health service center from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study group,and 31 cases of non acute stroke patients were selected as the control group.The two groups of patients were monitored by dynamic electrocardiogram detector.The variability of dynamic electrocardiogram was observed.Results:The mean standard deviation of sinus R-R interval(SDANN),the standard deviation of sinus R-R interval(SDNN)and the square root of sinus R-R interval(rMSSD)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ECG variability between cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic electrocardiogram can effectively evaluate the cardiac autonomic nerve function in patients with acute stroke.
