摘要
目的:探索气血亏虚型神经性耳鸣患者采取声信息治疗仪联合针灸治疗对改善IL-10、IL-6水平的效果。方法:选取本科室2020年3月~2021年5月诊治的气血亏虚型神经性耳鸣患者80例为研究对象,抽签分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组患者采用针灸进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合声信息治疗仪进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果和IL-10、IL-6水平。结果:治疗后有效率研究组为95.00%,对照组为85.00%,两组研究数据比较,存有差异(P<0.05);IL-10、IL-6水平比较,研究组改善明显好于对照组,组间数据比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对气血亏虚型神经性耳鸣患者采取声信息治疗仪联合针灸治疗,能改善IL-10、IL-6水平,提升治疗效果,效果良好。
Objective:To explore the effect of acoustic information therapeutic instrument combined with acupuncture treatment on improving the levels of IL-10 and IL-6 in patients with nerve tinnitus of deficiency of qi and blood.Methods:80 cases of nervous tinnitus with deficiency of qi and blood diagnosed and treated in our department from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the research group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)by lottery.Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture,while patients in the research group were treated with acoustic information therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and IL-10 and IL-6 levels of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the effective rate was 95.00%in the study group and 85.00%in the control group.There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the level of IL-10 and IL-6,the improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the data between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating patients with nervous tinnitus due to deficiency of qi and blood with acoustic information therapeutic instrument combined with acupuncture can improve the levels of IL-10 and IL-6,and enhance the therapeutic effect,with good effect.
