摘要
目的:分别将连续性血液透析机与间歇性血液透析机应用于肾功能衰竭(Renal failure,简称RF)患者的治疗过程中,对比观察两种不同方式的临床治疗效果与安全性。方法:采用双色球1:1分组原则将86例RF患者分为两组,其中运用连续性血液透析机治疗的43例患者为试验组,应用间歇性血液透析机治疗的43例患者作为对照组。结果:比较两组患者相关肾功能指标与生活质量后可知,试验组患者治疗后均与对照组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05;而治疗前差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。与对照组患者相比,试验组患者并发症总发生率明显较低,P<0.05。试验组患者住院时间明显短于对照组患者,而平均低血压次数明显少于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:连续性血液透析机与间歇性血液透析机均为RF患者的常用治疗方式,但是连续性血液透析机效果与安全性均显著优于间歇性血液透析机。
Objective:Renal failure(RF)patients were applied with continuous hemodialysis machines and intermittent hemodialysis machines in the treatment process of Renal failure(RF)patients,and the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of the two different ways were compared and observed.Methods:A total of 86 RF patients were divided into two groups by the principle of bichromatic sphere 1:1 group,including 43 patients treated with continuous hemodialyzer as the experimental group,and 43 patients treated with intermittent hemodialyzer as the control group.Results:After the comparison of related renal function indexes and quality of life between the two groups,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group after treatment,P<0.05;There was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the test group was significantly lower,P<0.05.The length of hospital stay in the test group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the average frequency of hypotension was significantly less than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Both continuous hemodialysis machines and intermittent hemodialysis machines are common treatment methods for RF patients,but continuous hemodialysis machines are significantly better in efficacy and safety than intermittent hemodialysis machines.
