医院物流管理系统应用在医用耗材管理中的价值研究

Research on the Application Value of Hospital Logistics Management System in Medical Consumables Management

目的:探讨医院物流管理系统应用在医用耗材管理中的价值。方法:选取本院实施医院物流管理系统前后各一年内临床所申领的200份耗材分设对照组和观察组,两组各20例医用耗材管理人员,比较实施医院物流管理系统前后,临床耗材管理情况、耗材管理满意度。结果:临床耗材管理情况比较中,观察组耗材取用时间、盘存时间、申领录用时间均优于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);耗材管理满意度比较中,观察组管理人员对实施医院物流管理系统后耗材的管理情况满意度高于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:医院耗材管理中,应用医院物流管理系统可缩短耗材取用时间、盘存时间、申领录用时间,为患者提供效率较高的治疗措施,使管理人员满意度上升。

Objective:To explore the value of hospital logistics management system in the management of medical consumables.Methods:200 consumable materials applied in one year before and after the implementation of the hospital logistics management system were divided into control group and observation group,and 20 medical consumable materials managers in each group,comparison of clinical consumable material management and consumable material management satisfaction.Results:In the comparison of the management of clinical consumables,the observation group was better than the control group in terms of the time of obtaining consumables,the time of inventory and the time of applying for employment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the management satisfaction of consumables in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the management of hospital consumables,the application of the hospital logistics management system can shorten the time of using consumables,the time of inventory and the time of applying for employment,provide the patients with high-efficiency treatment measures,and increase the satisfaction of the managers.
