品管圈活动对心内科规范使用心电监护仪的影响

Influence of Quality Control Circle Activities on Standardized Use of ECG Monitor in Cardiology Department

目的:探讨品管圈活动对心内科规范使用心电监护仪的影响。方法:将2018年1月~12月心电监护仪使用时未开展品管圈活动的50例心内科患者纳入作为对照组,将2019年1月~12月心电监护仪使用时开展品管圈活动的50例心内科患者纳入作为观察组,比较两个阶段心内科护士使用心电监护仪规范率、不良事件发生率、护理质量评分和护理满意度。结果:观察组护士使用心电监护仪的规范率为98.00%,对照组为84.00%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为4.00%,对照组为20.00%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在服务态度、健康宣教、病房环境、护患沟通等方面,观察组的护理质量评分均较对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意率为100.00%,对照组为88.00%,观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动用于心内科可有效规范心电监护仪的使用,有利于减少心电监护仪使用过程中的不良事件,提升心内科护理服务质量,使患者对心内科护理服务感到更加满意。

Objective:To explore the influence of quality control circle(QCC)activities on the standardized use of ECG monitor in cardiology department.Methods:50 cases of cardiology patients who did not carry out QCC activities during the use of ECG monitors from January to December in 2018 were included as the control group,and 50 cases of cardiology patients who carried out QCC activities during the use of ECG monitors from January to December 2019 were included as the observation group.The utilization standard rate of ECG monitors,the incidence of adverse events,nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The standard rate of using ECG monitor was 98.00%in the observation group and 84.00%in the control group,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.00%,which was 20.00%in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of service attitude,health education,ward environment and nurse patient communication,the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,that of the control group was 88.00%,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of QCC in cardiology can effectively regulate the use of ECG monitor,reduce adverse events in the use of ECG monitor,improve the quality of nursing service in cardiology,and make patients more satisfied with nursing service in cardiology.
