一种多功能奶瓶称重消毒装置的设计与实现

摘要 为了解决奶瓶消毒和用奶均衡问题,本文设计了一种基于STM32单片机的多功能奶瓶称重消毒装置。本装置利用UVC3535深紫外线LED灯珠实现消毒功能,利用HX771模块与压力传感器实现称重功能,并使用HMI电容串口触摸屏显示测量数据以及完成触控操作,通过ATK-ESP8266模块将测量的数据通过串口传输到云端服务器,服务器记录并保存每次用奶的奶量和时间数据,用户可以通过客户端微信小程序实时查看婴儿近期的用奶时间和用奶量,以判断婴儿近期用奶均衡。本次设计的多功能奶瓶称重消毒装置,巧妙地结合了奶瓶消毒功能与用奶量和用奶时间的统计功能,并在此基础上增加了物联网功能,使之更加智能化、便捷化。 In order to solve the problem of milk bottle disinfection and use milk balance,this paper is designed with a multi-functional bottle called a heavy disinfection device based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer.This device utilizes UVC3535 deep UV LED lamp beads to achieve disinfection function,using the HX771 module and the pressure sensor,and use the HMI capacitance serial port touch screen to display measurement data and complete the touch operation,the measured data passes the data through the serial port through the ATK-ESP8266 module.Transfer to the cloud server,the server records and saves da milk amount and time data each time,users can view the baby’s recent milk time and milk in real time through the client WeChat applet to determine the baby balance of milk in the near future.This designed multifunction bottle has a heavy disinfection device,which is subtly combined with the production of milk bottle disinfection and the statistical function of milk and milk time,and adds the Internet of Things function,making it more intelligent and convenient.
