摘要
自动化是现代物流技术发展的主要趋势,作为物流系统主要组成部分的立体仓库在整个物流系统中占有非常重要的地位。本文设计了基于PLC的仓库分拣系统,该系统主要包括控制系统PLC、机械手、模拟量和触摸屏等。该系统通过电机驱动器准确取货,运用机械手与模拟量进行分拣,通过触摸屏传送数据,运用PLC来完成存货、取货和初始化,该系统还具有故障报警功能。利用本系统有利于提高工作效率。
Automation is the main trend of the development of modern logistics technology.As the main part of the logistics system,the three-dimensional warehouse plays a very important role in the whole logistics system.This paper designs a warehouse sorting system based on PLC,which mainly includes control system PLC,manipulator,analog quantity and touch screen.The system accurately picks up goods through motor driver,sorts through manipulator and analog quantity,transmits data through touch screen,and uses PLC to complete inventory,picking up and initialization.The system also has fault alarm function.The use of this system is conducive to improve work efficiency.
