自供电宠物项圈设计

摘要 基于法拉第电磁感应定律,设计了一款自供电宠物项圈,采集宠物自身运动的能量进行发电并存储,用于微型定位器及灯环进行供电,便于对宠物进行持续的定位,降低丢失概率;连接柔管和套管的配合设计使项圈适用于宠物的全生命周期,降低购买成本;弹簧设计可缓冲宠物移动时定位盒的上下抖动幅度,降低该项圈对宠物的舒适度影响;光敏传感器的设计有利于降低电量损耗,真正做到节能环保。 Based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction,a self-powered pet collar is designed to collect the energy of pet’s own movement for power generation and storage, which is used for power supply of micro locator and lamp ring, so as to facilitate the continuous positioning of pets and reduce the probability of loss;The matching design of connecting flexible pipe and sleeve makes the collar suitable for the whole life cycle of pets and reduces the purchase cost;The spring design can buffer the up and down shaking range of the positioning box when the pet moves, and reduce the impact of the collar on the pet’s comfort;The design of photosensitive sensor is conducive to reduce power loss and truly achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.
