摘要 选取16栋绿色公共建筑开展了室内环境、满意度和能耗的长期监测,探讨了满意度与室内环境的关系以及运行能耗的影响因素。冬季室内温度、PM2.5浓度普遍难以达标;CO2浓度、噪声级等参数基本达到了设计标准的要求,但空气品质、声环境满意度偏低;各项环境参数的达标率与相应满意度无显著相关性;建筑能耗受使用强度影响显著。 Field measurements were conducted in 16 green public buildings, including indoor environment, satisfaction, and energy consumption. The relationship between satisfaction and indoor environment as well as the main influencing factors of operation energy consumption were analyzed. Indoor temperature and PM;concentration in winter were difficult to meet the standards. CO;concentration and noise level basically met the standards, but the satisfactions of air quality and acoustic environment were generally low. There was no significant correlation between the retrospective satisfactions and compliance rates of indoor environment. Due to the difference of use density, energy consumption varied greatly.
