腹腔镜与开腹子宫内膜癌根治术治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者的效果

Effect of Laparoscopic and Open Endometrial Cancer Radical Resection for Patients with Early Endometrial Cancer

目的分析腹腔镜与开腹情况下子宫内膜癌根治切除术治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者的效果。方法入组本院2012年1月至2019年12月收治的早期子宫内膜癌患者共80例,随机进行分组,开腹手术模式组患者实施开腹情况下子宫内膜癌根治切除术,腹腔镜手术模式组应用腹腔镜下微创子宫内膜癌根治切除术治疗。比较两组下床进行自主活动的时间、肛门开始排气时间、使用尿管的天数、体温降低至正常时间、平均住院时长、使用抗菌消炎药物的时长、并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜手术模式组下床进行自主活动的时间、肛门开始排气时间、使用尿管的天数、体温降低至正常时间、平均住院时长、使用抗菌消炎药物的时长均短于开腹手术模式组,数据进行检验显示有统计意义,P<0.05。腹腔镜手术模式组并发症发生率低于开腹手术模式组,数据进行检验显示有统计意义,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜与开腹情况下子宫内膜癌根治切除术早期子宫内膜癌患者的效果均较好,但腹腔镜下微创子宫内膜癌根治切除术治疗创伤更轻,能减少患者的应激反应,促进患者术后康复,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic and open endometrial cancer radical resection for patients with early endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with early-stage endometrial cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into groups.The patients in the laparotomy group surgery mode underwent radical endometrial resection under laparotomy.The laparoscopic surgery mode group was treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive radical endometrial resection.The time of getting out of bed for voluntary activities,the time of anus starting to exhaust,the time of indwelling urinary catheter,the time for body temperature to drop to normal,the average length of hospital stay,the time of using antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time of getting out of bed to perform voluntary activities,the time of anus starting to exhaust,and the time of indwelling catheter,time for body temperature to drop to normal,average length of hospital stay,the duration of using antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs in the laparoscopic surgery mode group shorter than that in the laparotomy surgery mode group,and the data showed statistical significance,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the laparoscopic surgery mode group was lower than that in the laparoscopic surgery mode group,and the data test showed statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion Radical endometrial resection under laparoscopic and laparotomy has better outcomes for patients with early-stage endometrial cancer.However,laparoscopic minimally invasive radical endometrial resection is less traumatic,It can reduce the stress response of patients,promote postoperative recovery of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
