中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果。方法选择2018年4月至2019年4月收治的80例CHF患者,随机分为甲、乙两组,均予以常规西药治疗,乙组外加麝香保心丸治疗,分别统计两组临床疗效,心功能情况,和不良反应情况,并在组间做比较分析。结果CHF患者在接受常规西药治疗基础上,联合使用麝香保心丸,能更为有效的提升心肌收缩能力,降低心脏后负荷,进而改善患者缺氧、缺血症状,降低心肌梗死发生的风险。在本次研究中,乙组治疗总有效率为95.00%,甲组为77.50%,数据差异较显著,提示中西医结合治疗能更有效的纠正CHF患者心功能异常情况,减轻症状体征。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者心功能、BNP、hs-cTNT均有改善,乙组改善程度比甲组更为明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组不良反应没有太大差别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于甲组,乙组患者治疗后CRP、NYHA分级、血压以及心率改善情况明显更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗CHF,疗效显著,能较明显的降低血清BNP水平,改善心功能,并且不良反应不多,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Eighty cases of CHF patients admitted from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into group A and group B,which were treated with conventional western medicine,and group B plus Shexiang Baoxin pill.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the comparison between the groups was made.Results On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,combined use of Shexiang Baoxin pill in CHF patients can more effectively improve the myocardial contractility,reduce the cardiac afterload,improve the symptoms of hypoxia and ischemia,and reduce the risk of myocardial infarction.In this study,the total effective rate was 95.00%in group B and 77.50%in group A,with significant data differences,suggesting that integrated TCM and Western medicine treatment can more effectively correct the abnormal cardiac function of CHF patients and reduce symptoms and signs.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,cardiac function,BNP and hs-cTNT were improved in both groups,and the improvement degree in group B was more obvious than that in group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with group A,CRP,NYHA grading,blood pressure and heart rate improved significantly in group B after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of CHF by integrated Chinese and Western medicine has a significant effect,can significantly reduce the serum BNP level,improve the cardiac function,and there are few adverse reactions,which is worth promoting.
