单鼻经蝶窦垂体瘤手术术中配合及护理分析

Operative Coordination and Nursing Analysis of Uninasal Transsphenoidal Pituitary Tumor

目的探究单鼻经蝶窦垂体瘤手术术中配合及护理情况。方法选择2017年10月至2019年10月来我院接受疾病治疗的64例脑垂体瘤患者为研究对象,在本组患者内,患者均体现出脑垂体激素分泌异常、生长激素大量分泌,引发受试者肢端肥大、促性腺激素分泌量不断降低等症状。对其开展单鼻经蝶窦垂体瘤手术治疗,同时配合针对性术中护理,分析结果。结果所有患者全部治愈,完成手术之后,存在轻度脑脊液漏出共计2例,占据总数的3.13%。通过鼻腔填塞处置之后,患者自行好转。有63例患者对护理满意度表示满意,占93.75%。患者术中出血量均值为(176.95±25.69)mL、手术时间为(81.26±12.24)min。所有患者护理后焦虑抑郁评分均低于护理前。结论针对于需要接受单鼻经蝶窦垂体瘤手术的脑垂体瘤患者来讲,为其开展具有针对性的术中护理,能够有效提升患者手术成功率,可促进期疾病转归,降低患者焦虑抑郁情况,而且护理满意度较高,因此值得推广。

Objective To explore the cooperation and nursing during the operation of uninasal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor.Methods Sixty-four patients with pituitary tumor who received treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.In this group of patients,all patients showed abnormal secretion of pituitary hormone,massive secretion of growth hormone,resulting in acromegaly,continuous decrease of gonadotropin secretion and other symptoms.Transsphenoidal pituitary tumor surgery was carried out for the patients,and corresponding intraoperative nursing was carried out to analyze the results.Results All the patients were cured,and 2 cases(3.13%)had mild cerebrospinal fluid leakage after operation.The patient improved spontaneously after nasal packing.Sixty-three patients were satisfied with nursing satisfaction,accounting for 93.75%.The mean intraoperative blood loss was(176.95±25.69)mL and the operative time was(81.26±12.24)min.The anxiety and depression scores of all patients after nursing were lower than before.Conclusion For patients with pituitary tumor who need to receive uninasal transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary tumor,carrying out targeted intraoperative nursing for them can effectively improve the success rate of surgery,promote the outcome of disease,reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,and the nursing satisfaction is high,so it is worth promoting.
