老年冠心病心律失常护理效果评估

Evaluation of Nursing Effect of Aged Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhythmia

目的探讨老年冠心病心律失常患者开展综合护理干预的效果。方法研究选择本院收治的老年冠心病心律失常患者88例作为资料,均为本院于2017年3月至2019年3月期间收治确诊,随机分组各44例,对照组和观察组分别行常规护理干预、综合护理干预,评价两组护理效果、心电图指标及治疗依从性。结果观察组与对照组治疗有效率分别为95.45%、79.55%,差异显著,P<0.05。观察组室性前期收缩频次、PR间期显著高于对照组,短阵室速、QRS波时限、QTc间期显著低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组完全依从率79.55%显著高于对照组,部分依从率20.46%、不依从率0显著低于对照组45.46%、11.36%,P<0.05。护理后,观察组患者的生活质量评分显著性高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者的护理舒适度评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对老年冠心病心律失常患者实施综合护理干预可进一步改善症状,恢复心脏节律,促进症状消除,稳定生命体征,尤其可提高患者治疗依从性,改善其生活质量和护理舒适度,护理价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty-eight elderly patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the data.They were all diagnosed in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019.Eighty-eight patients were randomly divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).Routine nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention were performed in the control group and observation group respectively.The nursing effect,ECG index and treatment compliance were evaluated.Results The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.45%and 79.55%respectively,the difference was significant,P<0.05.The frequency of ventricular presystole and PR interval in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the short burst ventricular tachycardia,QRS duration and QTc interval were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The complete compliance rate of the observation group was 79.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the partial compliance rate was 20.46%,and the non-compliance rate of 0 was significantly lower than that of the control group,45.46%and 11.36%,P<0.05.After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing comfort score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia can further improve the symptoms,restore the heart rhythm,promote the elimination of symptoms,stabilize the vital signs,especially improve the treatment compliance of patients,improve their quality of life and nursing comfort,with high nursing value.
