无痛胃肠镜治疗中应用临床路径护理模式的效果

Effect of Clinical Pathway Nursing Mode in Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的临床路径护理模式应用于无痛胃肠镜治疗中,归纳临床路径护理模式的应用效果。方法研究对象为2020年6月至2021年7月我院无痛胃肠镜治疗100例患者,按照入院顺序分别纳入对照组(常规护理模式)与观察组(临床路径护理模式),各50例患者,探讨两组患者SAS以及SDS改善情况,比较两组患者对于干预方案的满意度。结果在治疗前两组SAS以及SDS评分无明显差异存在(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各SAS以及SDS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度为98.00%明显高于对照组82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量SF-36评分在各个指标上均优于对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理模式应用于无痛胃肠镜治疗中,可以改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,该护理模式得到了患者的认可,可推广应用。

Objective The clinical pathway nursing mode was applied to painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,and the application effect of the clinical pathway nursing mode was summarized.Methods The research object was 100 patients treated by painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from June 2020 to July 2021.They were divided into the control group(routine nursing mode)and the observation group(clinical pathway nursing mode)according to the order of admission,with 50 patients in each group.The improvement of SAS and SDS in the two groups was discussed,and the patients'satisfaction with the intervention scheme was compared.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that in control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the quality of life of the patients in the observation group is better than that of the control group in each index(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathway nursing mode in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can improve patients'anxiety and depression.This nursing mode has been recognized by patients and can be popularized and applied.
