血液透析护理中舒适服务理念的应用价值评估

Application Value Evaluation of Comfortable Service Concept in Hemodialysis Nursing

目的探讨血液透析护理中舒适服务理念的应用价值。方法选择我院2018年10月至2019年9月收治的100例血液透析患者作为本次研究入组对象,根据患者入院的顺序利用计算机进行编号,将编号打乱后平均分成两组,对照组(有50例患者纳入到本组)采用常规护理,舒适服务理念组(有50例患者纳入到本组)采用舒适服务理念干预。常规护理中需重点观察患者病情发展和各个生命体征指标,按照其具体的状况给予对应项干预措施。舒适服务理念采取的措施较多,包括生理上和心理上的舒适护理。分析护理效果,对比护理满意度评价以及不良情绪评分。结果舒适服务理念组中患者护理满意度为94.00%高于对照组72.00%(P<0.05)。舒适服务理念组经护理,SAS(37.55±3.41)分、SDS分(37.21±3.71)分均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者舒适服务理念效果较优,可提升护理效果和满意度,将其负性情绪高效缓解,可使用。

Objective To explore the application value of comfortable service concept in hemodialysis nursing.Methods One hundred hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were numbered by computer according to the order of admission,and the numbers were scrambled and divided into two groups on average.The control group(50 patients were included in this group)provided routine care,and the comfortable service concept group(50 patients were included in this group)provide comfort service concept.Routine care gives corresponding interventions according to their specific conditions.The comfort service concept takes many measures,including physical and psychological comfort care.Comparing nursing satisfaction ratings and adverse mood scores.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the comfortable service concept group was 94.00%higher than that in the control group(72.00%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort service concept group had lower SAS(37.55±3.41)and SDS(37.21±3.71)points than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comfortable service concept for hemodialysis patients is obvious,which helps to improve nursing satisfaction and alleviate patients'negative emotions to a certain extent.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
