曲美他嗪结合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭对患者心功能及BNP水平的影响

Effects of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol on cardiac function and BNP level in patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease

目的探讨曲美他嗪结合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭对患者心功能及BNP水平的影响效果。方法选择2020年8月~2021年6月于珠海市中西医结合医院进行治疗的冠心病心力衰竭86例患者作为研究对象,借助随机数字表法把患者分为两组,对照组(n=43)应用美托洛尔治疗,研究组(n=43)应用曲美他嗪结合美托洛尔治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果、血浆B型尿钠肽(BNP)水平及心功能进行比较。结果①与对照组比较,研究组的总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗后,两组的BNP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组治疗后的BNP水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。③治疗后,两组的LVEDD、LVESD水平均低于治疗前,LVEF水平均高于治疗前,且治疗后研究组的LVEDD、LVESD水平低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论冠心病心力衰竭患者在进行临床治疗时,应用曲美他嗪结合美托洛尔治疗,具有特别确切的临床效果,可有效提高治疗总有效率,缓解临床症状,降低BNP水平,有利于改善心功能,增强预后,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol on cardiac function and BNP level in patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 86 patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from August 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=43)was treated with metoprolol,while the study group(n=43)was treated with trimetazidine combined with metoprolol.The therapeutic effect,plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)level and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results①The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).②After treatment,the BNP level of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the BNP level of the study group after treatment was lower than the BNP level of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).③After treatment,the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the LVEF level in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group after treatment,but the LVEF level in the study group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease,the treatment of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol has a particularly precise clinical effect.It can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment,relieve clinical symptoms,and reduce BNP levels,conducive to improving cardiac function and enhancing prognosis.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion.
