不同类型居家养老服务对老年人生活满意度的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Different Types of Home Care Services on Life Satisfaction of the Elderly

基于三期中国老年社会追踪调查(CLASS)面板数据,分析了不同类型居家养老服务(帮助类、基础类、咨询类和巡视类)对我国老年人生活满意度的影响及其作用机制,结果显示:(1)帮助类和巡视类服务可以显著地提高老年人的生活满意度,但基础类服务则与较低的生活满意度存在着相关关系;(2)不同类型居家养老服务对于老年人生活满意度的影响存在显著的城乡和性别差异,例如帮助类服务对男性老年人发挥的正向影响最大,巡视类服务对提升农村老年人生活满意度作用最大,基础类服务仅与城市和男性老年人较低的生活满意度相关;(3)居家养老服务通过扩大老年人的社会参与程度进而提升了其生活满意度。

Based on three-wave CLASS panel data,this paper analyzes the impact of different types of home-based care services on the life satisfaction of the elderly in China and its influencing mechanism.The results show that:(1)Help and tour services can significantly improve the life satisfaction of the elderly,but basic services are correlated with lower life satisfaction;(2)There are significant urban-rural and gender differences in the impact of different types of home-based care services on life satisfaction of the elderly.For example,help services have the greatest positive impact on male elderly,tour services have the greatest effect on improving life satisfaction of rural elderly,and basic services are only related to lower life satisfaction of urban and male elderly;(3)Home-based care services can improve the elderly’s life satisfaction by expanding their social participation.
