社会工作在养老机构疫情防控中的专业优势浅析——基于广州市老人院的实践

Social work’s professional advantages in epidemic prevention and control of nursing homes-Home for the aged guangzhou’s practice

老年人是新冠肺炎疫情防护的重点人群,养老机构是疫情防控的重点单位。在养老机构疫情防控过程中,社工以老人、家属、员工和社会人士为服务对象,分析其在疫情阶段的共性需求,总结梳理介入策略,找准专业的角色和定位,反思社工在疫情防控中的专业优势,帮助服务对象应对疫情,走出困境。

The elderly and nursing homes shall be paid special attention to in epidemic prevention and control.Through analyzing the elderly and their families members,staffs and other service targets’common demands in the epidemic,social workers should summarize and sort out interventive strategies from their professional perspectives,and explore their technical strength to assist the service targets in pulling through the plight arising in the epidemic.
