Since the experimental operation of the world’s first electronic computer in 1939, the computer technology, as one of the greatest inventions of human beings in the 20th century, has driven the human society into the era of informatization. The birth of the Internet in 1969, along with the advancement of the information technology developed from the computer technology, quickly turned the human society into a “Network Society,” with the Internet technology becoming an important impetus to the socio-economic development of the world, which changes not only the forms of the economy and the society, but also the ways of people’s cognition and experience in their lives.
