摘要
研究3种新型钢丝帘线在全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎轻量化设计中的应用。结果表明,采用新型钢丝帘线4+3×0.33ST,3+8×0.22ST和3×7×0.175HE分别替代传统钢丝帘线3×0.20+6×0.35HT,3+9×0.22HT+0.15和3×7×0.20HE用于7.50R16LT全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的带束层、胎体和0°带束层中,轮胎的强度、高速性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准要求,且轮胎质量减小,生产成本降低。
The application of three new steel cords in the lightweight design of all-steel light truck and bus radial tire was studied. The results showed that by using the new steel cords 4 + 3×0. 33 ST,3 +8×0. 22 ST and 3×7×0. 175 HE to replace the traditional steel cords 3×0. 20+6×0. 35 HT,3+9×0. 22 HT+0. 15 and 3×7×0. 20 in the belt,carcass and 0° belt layer of 7. 50 R16 LT all-steel light truck and bus radial tire,respectively,the strength,high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the requirements of national standards,and the tire weight and production cost were reduced.
