The role of administrative reconsideration as the main channel for resolving administrative disputes is the core issue for comprehensively deepening the reform of the administrative reconsideration system.There are some improvement in terms of its scope of cases to be accepted,the degree of recognition of trial results,and the notarization of trial procedures.Some suggestions are put for with respect of broadening the scope of administrative reconsideration cases and achieving comprehensive coverage of administrative disputes,optimizing the administrative reconsideration system and mechanism,substantively resolve administrative disputes,improving administrative reconsideration trial procedures,and realizing fairness and impartiality in reconsideration hearings.
