摘要
对41份藜麦材料进行了试验,采用变异分析、相关性分析、主成分分析以及聚类分析4种分析方法对11个农艺性状进行了比较分析和综合评价。结果表明:41份藜麦种质材料的主要农艺性状的变异系数在6.8%~59.3%之间,变异系数最大的是单株粒重,最小的是粒径,平均变异系数为21.79%,体现了丰富的遗传多样性;千粒重与单株粒质量呈极显著正,通过主成分分析,将11个农艺性状综合为5个主成分因子,累计贡献率为86.771%;通过聚类分析,在类间距离为15处,将供试材料聚为3个类群,综合分析了不同类群农艺性状的特性。研究结果可为内蒙古地区更有效地利用藜麦种质资源,以及推动藜麦种植产业的发展提供参考。
Using 41 quinoa germplasm resources as test materials,11 agronomic traits were analyzed and evaluated by means of variation analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of main agronomic traits of 41 quinoa germplasm materials ranged from 6.8%to 59.3%.The maximum coefficient of variation was grain weight per plant,and the minimum was grain size.The average coefficient of variation was 21.79%,indicating rich genetic diversity.The 1000-grain weight and grain weight per plant were significantly positive.Through principal component analysis,11 agronomic traits were integrated into 5 principal component factors,with a cumulative contribution rate of 86.771%.Through cluster analysis,the materials were grouped into 3 groups at 15 intergroup distances,and the agronomic characteristics of different groups were comprehensively analyzed.The results can provide scientific basis for more effective utilization of quinoa germplasm resources and selection of excellent quinoa strains suitable for planting in Inner Mongolia to promote the development of quinoa planting industry in Inner Mongolia.
