黄腐酸复合肥施用对核桃果实品质的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解黄腐酸复合肥施用对核桃果实品质的影响,以9年生“温185”“新新2”核桃为试验材料,各小区全年施入4.56 kg黄腐酸磷酸二氢钾复合肥(无氯型),分别于开花期、膨大期、硬核期、油脂转化期4次施入。测定了核桃单果重、三径值、蛋白质等内外在指标,分析了黄腐酸复合肥对核桃品质的影响。结果表明:黄腐酸复合肥的施用使温185、新新2核桃干重分别较对照提高了1.05%、2.41%,且存在显著性差异;出仁率较对照提高了9.32%、13.78%,且也存在极显著性差异;核桃果仁内在指标中氨基酸总含量,温185A、新新2A分别为15.56 g/100 g和15.72 g/100 g,较对照高出12.92%和8.4%,且存在极显著性差异。 In order to understand the effect of fulvic acid compound fertilizer on walnut fruit quality,9-year-old"Wen 185"and"Xinxin 2"walnuts were used as test materials.Hydrogen-potassium compound fertilizer(chlorine-free type)was applied four times at flowering stage,expansion stage,hard-core stage and oil conversion stage.The internal and external indicators such as the weight,three-diameter value and protein of walnuts were measured,and the effect of fulvic acid compound fertilizer on walnut quality was analyzed.The results showed that the application of fulvic acid compound fertilizer“Wen 185”and“Xinxin 2”walnut dry weight increased by 1.05%and 2.41%respectively compared with the control,and there were significant differences.Compared with the control,the kernel rate increased by 9.32%and 13.78%,and there were also extremely significant differences.The total amino acid content of walnut kernel internal indicators,“Wen 185A”and“Xinxin 2A”were 15.56g/100g and 15.72g/100g,respectively,which were 12.92%and 8.4%higher than the control,and there was a very significant difference.
