垂丝紫荆容器育苗技术研究

Study on Container Seedling Raising Technology of Ceris Racemosa

摘要 对垂丝紫荆容器育苗技术及生长节律进行了研究,结果表明:垂丝紫荆种子为肾形,种子出籽率17.58%,千粒重19.6 g;垂丝紫荆场圃发芽率为29.3%,0.01%的赤霉素浸泡种子24 h的种子发芽率为41.5%,比对照提高了12.2%,发芽时间缩短了8 d,苗木更加整齐,生产中可推广应用。垂丝紫荆高生长高峰在6~9月份,径生长高峰在7~10月份,1 a容器苗平均苗高能达到56.5 cm,平均地径生长能达到0.53 cm,3 a容器苗平均苗高可达119.6 cm,平均地径1.452 cm。为此,提出了造林中推荐优先选用1 a容器苗。 This paper carried out container seedling raising technology and growth rhythm of Ceris racemosa.The results show that the seed of Ceris racemosais kidney shaped;the seed setting rate is 17.58%,and the 1000 grain weight is 19.6g.The germination rate of Ceris racemosa.field nursery is 29.3%;the germination rate of seeds soaked with 0.01%gibberellin for 24 hours is 41.5%,which is 12.2%higher than the control;the germination time is shortened by 8 days,and the seedlings are neater,which can be popularized and applied in production.The height growth peak of Ceris racemosa was from June to September,and the diameter growth peak was from July to October.The average seedling energy of 1A container seedling was 56.5cm;the average ground diameter growth was 0.53cm;the average seedling height of 3A container seedling was 119.6cm and the average ground stem was 1.452cm.1A container seedlings are preferred in afforestation.
