Influencing Factors and Construction Path of Anhui Innovative Provinces Under the New Development Concept

创新型省份建设既是城镇化发展的深化,也是新时代适应世界科技浪潮的必然要求。对安徽省市民展开了问卷调查,分析了影响创新省份建设的主要因素,并结合实际情况提出了建设路径:由于安徽省在创新人才培养、创新体制机制、创新配套政策、创新关键技术、创新产业布局、协同联动能力、社会创新环境等方面的不足是制约创新型省份建设的关键因素,在新发展理念下,安徽省应以现代化科技为支撑,把握好科技创新与协调、绿色、开放、共享的一体化关系。

The construction of innovation-oriented provinces is not only the deepening of urbanization development,but also the inevitable requirement of adapting to the world tide of science and technology in the new era.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the citizens of Anhui province,analyzes the main factors affecting the construction of innovative provinces,and puts forward the construction path combining with the actual situation.It is found that Anhui province's deficiencies in innovative talent training,innovative systems and mechanism,innovative supporting policies,innovative key technologies,innovative industrial layout,collaborative and linkage ability,social innovation environment and other aspects are the key factors restricting the construction of innovative provinces.Under the new development concept,Anhui province should take modern science and technology as the support,and grasp the integration relationship between science and technology innovation and coordination,green,open and sharing.
