自我决定理论视角下高校就业教育创新研究

摘要 自我决定理论从三大基本心理需求出发,探索外在动机对个体行为的影响,强调外在动机向内在动机的转化,形成自主定向,促进个体发展。本文将自我决定理论引入高校就业教育,探究自我决定理论视域下的高校就业教育传导机理,分析新时代背景下我国高校就业教育存在的主体协同教育作用低下、就业教育缺乏长期性和延续性、教育内容和形式单一等问题,提出突出大学生主体地位、激发自主动机、加强外部环境建设、引导动机内化等高校就业教育新思路。 From the three basic psychological needs, self-determination theory explores the impact of external motivation on individual behavior, emphasizes the transformation from external motivation to internal motivation, forming independent orientation and promoting individual development. This paper introduces the self-determination theory into employment education in University, explores the transmission mechanism of employment education based on the self-determination theory, analyzes the problems existing in employment education in university in China under the background of the new era, such as the weak role of subject collaborative education, lack of long-term and continuity of employment education, single educational content and form, and puts forward new ideas for employment education in colleges and universities, such as highlighting the subjectivity of college students, stimulating independent motivation, strengthening the construction of the external environment, and guiding the internalization of motivation.
