摘要 针对Al-6.3Zn-2.3Mg-2.3Cu-0.1Zr合金扁锭铸造过程中裂纹倾向性大的问题,自主设计制作了440 mm×1300 mm水箱式结晶器。将结晶器水箱大小面分开,独立供水,小面供水可单独控制,通过调整水孔大小及分布来减少铸造应力,从而减小了铸锭裂纹倾向性。该工具经过工业化试验验证表明,Al-6.3Zn-2.3Mg-2.3Cu-0.1Zr合金440 mm×1300 mm铸锭的成型率达到90%以上,符合预期效果。 A 440 mm × 1300 mm water tank mold was designed and manufactured independently to solve the problem of cracking tendency in the casting process for the Al-6.3Zn-2.3Mg-2.3Cu-0.1Zr alloy flat ingot.The large and small surfaces of the mold water tank supply water seperately.The water supply on the small surface is controlled independently.The casting stress is reduced by adjusting the size and distribution of water holes,thus reducing the tendency of ingot cracking.The tool has been verified by industrial tests and the yield of 440 mm × 1300 mm Al-6.3Zn-2.3Mg-2.3Cu-0.1Zr alloy ingot reaches more than 90%,meeting the expectation.
